Crelate Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to Crelate’s (a) websites (including without limitation www.crelate.com, app.crelate.io, jobs.crelate.com, and any successor URLS, staging, preview, and test environments, mobile or localized versions and related domains and subdomains) collectively, “Services”). To keep Crelate Services running safely and smoothly, we need our users to agree not to misuse or abuse them. By using Crelate Services, specifically, you agree not to use the Services in any of the following ways:

1. in any way that is against the law, including but not limited to activity such as gambling, piracy, child pornography, or the violation of copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws,
2. for the purpose of tampering, reverse engineering, copying, hacking, or otherwise modifying or competing with the Service;
3. for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, SMS, or text (spam) messages, or for transmitting any viruses, worms, or other malicious or destructive code;
4. to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network used with the Services;
5. to modify or disable the Services or use the Services in any manner that interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Services or related systems, network or data;
6. in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair any Crelate server or the networks connected to any Crelate server, or compromise the ability of other users to access the Services;
7. by forging headers or otherwise manipulating identifiers to disguise the origin of any content posted on or transmitted through the Service;
8. in a manner that misleads a third party into believing that he or she is interacting directly with Crelate, the Services, or a third party that you do not have permission to represent;
9. to falsely imply you are affiliated with, sponsored by, or in association with Crelate;
10. for the purposes of, or while, impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity;
11. in any way that attempts to circumvent any billing mechanism that measures or meters your use of the Services;
12. to stalk and/or harass another;
13. to harm minors in any way;
14. to resell the Services without prior written permission of Crelate;
15. in a way that engages in any chain letters contests, junk email, pyramid schemes, spamming, surveys or other duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise);
16. by using any Crelate domain name as a pseudonymous return email address;
17. to market any goods or services for any business purposes (including advertising and making offers to buy or sell goods or services), unless specifically allowed to do so by Crelate;
18. to transmit another’s intellectual property or other proprietary or confidential information without such owner’s or licensor’s permission.
19. permit or encourage anyone else to commit any of the actions above.

Without affecting any other remedies available to Crelate, Crelate may permanently or temporarily terminate, throttle, limit or suspend a user’s account or access to the Services without notice or liability if Crelate, in its sole discretion, determines that a user has violated this Acceptable Use Policy.
